A few straight answers.
Can I ship boards from anywhere in the United States?+
Yes. We accept eligible boards shipped from all 50 states. You do not need to be in Ohio or visit us in person. We are based in Brunswick, Ohio, and email you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label after confirming your shipment details.
How much do you pay?+
We generally pay $10 per accepted control board. Defrost boards are $5 each. Send the part numbers first so we can confirm your shipment.
Which boards are not accepted?+
We do not accept boards with burn marks from a short, boards that have shorted, physically broken boards, touchpads, or inverter boards. Every single board must have its original manufacturer’s OEM part number. We will not buy or pay for any board without that original OEM part number. If a physically broken or shorted board is included, $10 will be deducted from your next shipment payment for each such board.
How should I label and pack my boards?+
Label every single board with its original manufacturer’s OEM part number. Boards without that number will not be purchased or paid for. Use a tag or a piece of paper attached with tape; do not write directly on the board with a Sharpie. Gather the boards in a USPS Priority Mail box and provide one photo showing all boards in that shipment. Submit a separate board list for each box.
Is shipping free?+
Yes. We email you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label once the shipment details have been confirmed. Free Priority Mail boxes are available at the Post Office. Print the label, put it on the box, and drop the box at the Post Office.
When and how do I get paid?+
We send your payment right away as soon as we can see USPS tracking confirming your agreed shipment is on its way. We do not make you wait for the boards to arrive before paying you. Leaving a box at the counter does not always mean it has been scanned immediately; tracking may take a few hours to appear. Payment options are PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Confirm your payment details carefully with us so payment goes to the right account.
What details do you need for a shipping label?+
Start with the board list and your contact details in the form. We will follow up for your planned shipping date, small/medium/large Priority Mail box size, full return address, preferred payment method and payment email confirmation, plus one photo showing all the boards. Please use a separate submission for each box.
Can I supply boards regularly?+
Yes. Sell us suitable control boards regularly for refurbishment and resale. Save your used boards and turn them into repeat income while giving reusable electronics another life.
